Enter Number of ANTEMORTEM CHARTSSTART AGAIN

This demonstration will show how Dental Chart Sequencing can organize and create potential matches between post mortem (victim) sequences (FRAGMENTS) with ante mortem (passenger) sequenced records.

This demonstration randomly creates 'n' number of ANTEMORTEM CHART sequences. Each of these sequences are 'fragmented' into several partial sequences (FRAGMENTS).

The search engine then examines each 'fragment' and looks for potentially matching ANTEMORTEM CHART sequences.
The results are then correlated and presented in two drop-down lists (POSTMORTEM AND ANTEMORTEM CHARTS).

By selecting a sequence from POSTMORTEM CHARTS, that sequence will be presented below a matching ANTEMORTEM CHART sequence. (The matching sequences are colored red in both records.)
(If the POST MORTEM sequence is matched in more that one ANTEMORTEM CHART, links are created to those other ANTEMORTEM CHARTS.)

When selecting aa ANTEMORTEM CHART sequence, all matching POST MORTEM sequences are presented below the ANTEMORTEM CHART sequence. The POST MORTEM sequences can be scrolled, and will indicate each matching tooth in both records by passing the computer mouse pointer over the outlined tooth in the POST MORTEM sequence.

If the code(s) do not match exactly for that tooth appears in the ANTEMORTEM CHART. If the codes match exactly, appears.

Dental Images (e.g. X-RAYS etc.) for PASSENGERS (ante-mortem) and FRAGMENTS (post-mortem) - (example images are shown in this demonstration for illustration purposes) are presented for initial examination.

This scenario emulates a mass disaster (Plane Crash) where investigators (POST MORTEM team) at the scene enter Dental Chart sequences of victims' remains, and the ante mortem team enter Dental Chart Sequences from Passenger's Dental records. If allowed, ANTEMORTEM CHARTS can be uploaded by dental professionals anywhere.

In an actual Disaster event, ANTEMORTEM Dental Charts, with supporting digital images (i.e. X-Rays) can be entered and uploaded on-line either with the downloadable DENTAL SEARCH program, or web page.

NOTE POST MORTEM CHARTS can only be entered with the DENTAL SEARCH program by accredited members of the POST MORTEM team.

As information is added the program presents potentially matching sequences, along with the associated images, which can then be examined on line for Dental Forensic examination, matching and markup.
